Honestly we just have to say thank you to all of our students who work so hard for their own financial freedom. It's an amazing thing to see someone take control of their own life and not be stuck with a J.O.B. (just over broke) waiting for retirement or social security (ha).
Now that's really something to celebrate and this is the best way I know how. I'm bringing the top real estate and entrepreneurial minds in the country together for five days. Truth be told, I have so much to be thankful for. I live in a beautiful home on 10 acres in the middle of the city complete with fishing ponds and horses. And what's even more important I have an incredible family that loves me and enjoy good health (and at my age that's a whole lot by itself.)

I wasn't born with a silver spoon in my mouth, but working my way up from a set of wrenches in hand. If I could go from dirt-poor mechanic to filthy rich real estate entrepreneur I believe anyone can...especially in today's market.
